We aim to process most orders within 1-2 business days, and tracking info lands in your inbox as soon as it ships. 

Return Policy

We currently don't do returns. That said, if your order arrived damaged, missing something, or otherwise not right, tell us immediately at hello@whskdmatcha.com. We take that stuff seriously and we'll make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We get it - you ordered the one tin and then immediately wanted two. Email us at hello@whskdmatcha.com fast and we'll do our best to sort it before it ships. After that, it's out of our hands literally. 

International Shipping
